Media Production Highlights:

Arabic Collection of Children's Stories, Reach & Teach Ministries. Produced an Arabic language version
of several Ken Anderson 16mm children's films. Led an international team from the U.K., Morocco and Egypt,
translating, recording, and editing sound tracks for video distribution throughout the Middle East.

Way Station, Way Station, Inc. Produced a fund raising video and multimedia show for a nationally recognized
provider of community-based, mental health services. Shows were used successfully to assist in obtaining
Maryland State and private funding for a modern mental health facility in Frederick, Maryland.

U.S. Fencing Magazine, Production Editor. Led a creative team of people producing a full-color magazine for
the U.S. sanctioning body for the sport of fencing. Managed computer-based typesetting and design, printing
production, and distribution.

 

EcoVillage of Loudoun County, Virginia.  Produced a promotional video for the development of an environmentally
sustainable, co-housing community in rural Northern Virginia
. The video was used successfully to motivate a founding
core of families and individuals to purchase 180 acres of land with ongoing construction of energy efficient houses.

 

 

Work Experience:

 

1977-1979 Credit Manager, JCB Inc., White Marsh, Maryland, an international manufacturer of heavy construction
equipment. Responsible for establishing credit lines, negotiating dealership contracts and floor plan financing for an
expanding USA network of distributors.

1979-1982 Owner/Manager, Ocean Pride Hotel, Ocean Grove, New Jersey. Purchased a 24-unit, seasonal guesthouse,
increased occupancy by 100%, sold for strong capital gain.

1982-1986 Media Producer, Kipp & Son, Inc., Baltimore, Maryland. In-house video producer. Clients included
Bethlehem Steel, Maryland Casualty Co., Maryland Cup, Reach
& Teach Ministries, Way Station, Inc.

1986-1992 Co-Founder, President, Impress, Inc., Hunt Valley, Maryland. Established successful quick/commercial
printing operation, achieved monthly sales in excess of $70,000, responsible for graphic design, in-house sales,
and production management.

1999-2003 Founder/Owner/Manager of Internet-based, retail operation. Developed website, implemented online
